The process begins when the practitioner dictates into a handheld digital voice recorder. After which, the practitioner uploads the voice file from the recorder into the computer. Using our secured online system, you then upload the voice file from the computer to our server. From your computer, the file is encrypted and sends them to our server. Once in our server, we will then download and transcribe your dictation into document files of your choice of format. We deliver the completed transcriptions back to your office by placing it in server storage for your staff to download, file and print as needed.
